A Few More Days of the 'December Spring'

Current Conditions (Saturday as of 3:00pm):

High pressure sticking with us and will be for the next few days.

That is keeping us warm, dry and a little breezy.

Temps into the low to mid 50’s and mid to upper 40’s in most areas across our region right now.

No official warnings as of yet, but the weather the next few days brings with it fire concerns. Dry conditions, warmer temps and breezy conditions. Please use cause with fire the next several days.

Air Stagnation Advisory till 11am Sunday for parts of western Montana. Some pollution sitting in the valleys with little to no wind to push it out. Folks with respiratory illness should be aware.

Tonight:

Cool and clear. Temps into the 20’s for most of us.

Tomorrow (Sunday):

Much of the same. Warm-ish, temps in the low 50’s and high 40’s. Sunny, Dry and breezy.

20's and 30's overnight.

Monday - Saturday:

Well above average for most of the week. Sunny, breezy and dry though Wednesday, with temps in the low to mid 50’s. We could even see a 60+ on Tuesday.

Winds could pick up a bit from Big Timber to Harlowton on Monday. Winds could be gusting 35 to 50 mph. Livingston will likely see some of these high wind gusts as well. In and around Billings, we could see gusts up to 25 mph. No advisories or warnings have been issued as of yet however.

Cool off starts on Thursday, temps will drop into the low 40’s and then the upper 30’s by Friday. Still, not much by way of precipitation in the region for most of the week ahead, however, a small system could bring some rain on Wednesday night into Thursday morning, but most models are showing light precipitation, if any at all.
