BILLINGS — KTVQ is promoting the importance of childhood literacy with the “If You Give a Child a Book” campaign.
National Reading Day is on January 23. Montana This Morning's Victoria Hill and Miller Robson kicked off the campaign this morning by reading a few cards from the kids at Lockwood Elementary who will be receiving donated books on January 21 as part of the initiative.
