BILLINGS — Fall weather means changes almost day by day. But we do lose some of the wind blowing leaves off the trees.
With decreasing winds Monday evening at a clear sky, temperatures are cool in the morning. Lows will be mainly in the 20s early Tuesday.
Expect a mix of clouds and sun Tuesday with highs mainly in the mid 40s to mid 50s. Not as cold by Wednesday morning with lows mainly in the 30s to around 40.
Wednesday afternoon promises to be the warmest day of the week, with highs well into the 60s and some 70s. Temperature slip a Thursday but still stay above seasonal averages with more 60s for the afternoon.
Cooler and unsettled conditions seem to be coming together for the weekend, but the forecast details are unclear at this point.
