BILLINGS — Unsettled weather continues often on throughout the week.

WEATHER FOR MONDAY OCT 21, 2019

Under a northwesterly flow a few showers will develop today, with temperatures running a little below average. Highs will be mainly in the 30s to low 40s.

After a cool start in the 30s Tuesday, temperatures return to seasonal averages in the upper 50s to low 60s. Winds will increase, with strong gusts into the mountain foothills from Livingston northward to Harlowton. Billings will be breezy.

Wednesday will be cooler with highs in the 40s with a chance of area showers. Temperatures rebound to the 60s by Friday but will come with some wind.

Highs could be 25 to 30° cooler by Sunday with a highs only in the 30s. More showers will be in the area Saturday and Sunday.

Billings forecast:

Monday… Partly sunny with a variable wind 5 to 15 mph. High near 52 but a slight chance of a shower.

Monday night… Mostly to partly cloudy with a low around 38.

Tuesday… Increasing clouds with a chance of afternoon showers. About 59 for a high. Winds increase 15 to 25 miles an hour in the afternoon with stronger gusts possible.
