BILLINGS — Ups and Downs Ahead

A fast-moving batch of isolated showers will pass through southwest and south central Montana and northern Wyoming Saturday evening.

1 to 2 inches of snow are possible in the mountains with little to no measurable precipitation expected in the lower elevations.

Westerly winds will ease up a bit Saturday night. Sunshine, breezy conditions and warming temperatures are on the way Sunday through Tuesday.

By Wednesday, another cold weather system will cut daytime highs in half – from the low 60s Tuesday to the low 30s Wednesday.

We can expect snow showers Wednesday through Thursday with some accumulation possible.
