BILLINGS — Winds die down tonight, sunshine returns Monday.

Occasionally gusty winds and very little smoke dominated the region Sunday afternoon.

Winds will die down this evening and afternoon highs will warm into the low 80s across the plains Monday.

Tuesday will warm up with highs edging into the mid 80s to low 90s before a cold front rolls through on Wednesday.

Monday: Sunny with light southwest winds and a high of o78.

Monday night: Mostly clear, light and variable winds and a low of 49.

Tuesday: Mostly sunny and warmer, southwest winds 5 to 15 mph and a high of 84.
