BILLINGS — A weak cold front passed through the region late Wednesday and early Thursday producing cloud cover, isolated showers and flurries and cooler temperatures.

A slight chance for freezing drizzle is possible in portions of south-central and southeast Montana on Thursday morning.

Thursday will be several degrees cooler than Wednesday. By Friday, afternoon highs will rebound above average and Saturday will be even warmer in most locations.

Pressure gradients will tighten up Friday to produce more gap-area winds. The Livingston area will likely see wind gusts up to 60 mph.

Another round of colder air and widespread precipitation will move in by Sunday.
