BILLINGS — Temperatures on the rise but wind and showers settle down.
Warming temperatures over the next several days will lead us to the 70s Wednesday, 80s on Thursday, and mainly the upper 80s and lower 90s on Friday and Saturday.
Still a little breezy at times Wednesday and Thursday with a few showers in the mountains and nearby foothills. Drier air will continue to move into the region.
As temperatures peak on Friday and Saturday, the next weather system could bring some wind and showers and thunderstorms Saturday into Sunday. Temperatures return to the 70s for the highs Sunday and Monday.
Billings forecast:
Wednesday… Mainly sunny with a high near 75. West wind 10 to 20 mph could gust stronger.
Wednesday night… Mostly clear to clear with a low around a mild 50.
Thursday… Sunny and warmer with a high close to 84.
