BILLINGS — Snow showers for the mountain foothills Thursday evening through Friday morning could push out to around Billings.

Overall snowfall amounts will be light, with 1 to 3 inches closer to the mountain foothills and likely an inch or less around the Billings area. Most of the snow will concentrate on areas to the west and south of Billings with the eastern plains staying dry.
