BILLINGS – More heat moves our way.
A strong thunderstorm dumped over an inch of rain in Fallon County on Sunday evening.
We’ll likely see isolated evening showers and thunderstorms over the mountains and foothills Monday and Tuesday.
The main issue we face this week: Heat. Expect daytime highs to climb into the upper 90s by Wednesday.
Be careful in the heat – drink lots of water, find shade and A/C frequently, and take lots of breaks if you’re spending a lot of time outside.
The forecast for Billings:
Today: Sunny and warmer with a light east breeze and a high of 90.
Tonight: Partly cloudy and a low of 64.
Tuesday: Sunny and hot with a high of 95.
