BILLINGS – June rolls in with warm temperatures those late afternoon pop-up thunderstorms.
Temperatures will remain above average through Thursday. For the lower elevations, highs will be mainly in the 80s and lows in the 50s. Do not be surprised if a few readings in the low 90s are reported.
Scattered thunderstorms are expected Monday afternoon and evening, and a little less active Tuesday. The best chance of showers and thunderstorms is Friday from Billings to the west, and Saturday in the eastern plains.
No major flooding concerns, but streams creeks and rivers are running fast and high with bank erosion a concern. Use care!
