Q2 Weather: Showers come and go

BILLINGS – More rain and snow to come and go.

Overall, a brief lull in the rain for Thursday with more sun early and more clouds later. High temperatures will be mainly in the 50s with a northeasterly wind.

Another storm system arrives from Wyoming on Thursday afternoon and evening. Rain and rain showers will taper off Friday with drier conditions Friday night and Saturday.

Highs Friday will reach the upper 50s and low 60s. Saturday will be the warmest day of the week, with highs in the 60s to about 70.

Another round of wetter and cool days are expected for Sunday and Memorial Day.

Billings forecast:

Thursday… Increasing clouds with a chance of late day showers.  High near 59.  Northeast breeze increases to 15 to 25 mph in the afternoon.

Thursday night… Rain showers likely and increasing overnight.  Low of about 44.

Friday…A chance of rain early, then mostly to partly cloudy.  Around 62 for a high.
