BILLINGS – The cold air just doesn’t give up all week long.
High temperatures for the next few days will stay in the single digits above and below zero. By Thursday, some areas will get the teens. By Friday, a chance of a few low 20s.
Overnight temperatures will drop below zero every morning, with wind chill values at times at -25 to -35 degrees.
Limit your time outdoors, and don’t leave kids waiting at the bus stop. Make sure pets and livestock are taken care of.
Snow showers will be light and scattered across the region through the week. A more organized system on Tuesday brings the chance of 1 to 3 inches of accumulation across the lower elevations.
Another round of snow is possible early next week.
