BILLINGS- Wind, rain, snow, and changing temperatures highlight the weekend weather.

Strong winds with gusts of 65 to even 75 mph are possible in the mountains and foothills Friday, gradually decreasing through the evening.  Livingston, Big Timber, Nye and Harlowton areas have the potential for 55 to 65 mph gusts.

The entire area will be breezy.

With a dividing line between cooler air east of Billings, and warmer from Billings to the west, moisture streaming over the area will create clouds and rain and snow.

Fridays highs will be in the 50s in much of southern Montana and northern Wyoming despite the clouds, wind, and showers.

Despite a little quieter overall pattern, temperatures will top off in the 40s Saturday.
