MISSOULA — The University of Montana Police Department (UMPD) reports a sexual assault has been reported on campus.
An alert sent out by UMPD on Thursday afternoon states that the sexual assault of a student happened in a residence hall in mid-September.
The incident was reported to UMPD on Wednesday.
The alert states the “perpetrator is known to the victim.”
