Cuyahoga County officials released surveillance video today of a drone making a delivery to an inmate at the Cuyahoga County Jail in Euclid, Ohio.
It happened in July and the inmate was in the exercise yard.
Officials say the package contained marijuana and a cell phone.
Prosecutors are reviewing the case. At this time, no charges have been filed.
