SOUTH BRUNSWICK, N.J. – A group of teenage boys befriended 5-year-old Carter Braconi at a local skate park and helped him go down the ramps on his scooter.
Carter was at the park to celebrate his birthday, so naturally, they also gave him a skateboard.
