New surgery helps 8-year-old with AFM walk again

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is now reporting at least 80 confirmed cases of Acute Flaccid Myelitis or AFM in 25 states.

The illness leaves people with sudden weakness and sometimes paralysis.
