The judge in Harvey Weinstein's rape trial has ordered the jury to continue deliberating on two charges levied against the movie producer after they claimed to be deadlocked.

According to CNN reporter Shimon Prokupecz, jurors sent a note to the judge asking if they could remain hung on up to two of the five charges levied against him.

Weinstein is charged with first-degree criminal sexual act, first-degree rape, third-degree rape and two counts of predatory sexual assault. According to Variety, the jury's questions refer to the two counts of predatory sexual assault.

CNN reports that the judge later ordered that the jury continue deliberations.

Predatory sexual assault carries a maximum penalty of life in prison.

The jury has been deliberating in the case since Tuesday.

Prosecutors allege Weinstein sexually assaulted Sciorra more than 25 years ago. Although her sex assault allegations fell outside the statute of limitations, her testimony is being used in the two counts of predatory sexual assault.
