Vintage bomber crashes at Connecticut airport, fatalities reported

A World War II-era B-17 bomber crashed at Bradley International Airport in Connecticut on Wednesday.

The Federal Aviation Administration confirmed to CBS News that the pilot was attempting to land on a runway when the incident occurred.

Officials said 13 people were on the plane and one person was in a building the aircraft hit.

Officials confirmed there were fatalities but did not say how many.
