Water shut down at Coal Banks Landing and James Kipp Campground

Coal Banks Landing and James Kipp Campground have shut the water off in preparation of the upcoming cold weather.

Coal Banks Landing is a major boating access point to the upper Missouri National Wild and Scenic River. It offers camping, picnicking, and fishing amenities for the public.

The James Kipp Campground is located along the Lewis and Clark National Historic Trail and is within the Charles M. Russell National Wildlife Refuge. There are 34 sites available for the public. The area provides access to the Upper Missouri National Wild and Scenic River and Fort Peck Lake.
