BOZEMAN – Robert Connors, superintendent of Glasgow Public Schools since 2012, has been chosen as the Bozeman School District’s next superintendent.
After open interviews last week and discussion amongst the school board, members voted 7-1 that Connors will be the best fit to lead the growing 7,000-student school district.
Rob Watson, the departing superintendent, will leave his position next week and will begin his role as the superintendent of Missoula County Public Schools on July 1.
Connors is also a former Laurel teacher and coach. He led the Locomotives to their first state class A football championship in 1999.
