The YMCA started a free Saturday meal program for kids ages 18 and under and demand kept staff busy.
After starting with 30 sack lunches, Billings Family YMCA volunteers made more meals up until noon, for a total of 78.
Today's Grab and Go meal included a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, a pear, carrots, goldfish crackers and milk.
The program is funded by grants from "Montana No Kid Hungry" and Albertsons "Nourishing Neighbors."
The free lunches will be available every Saturday at both the front and back entrances of the Y at 402 North 32nd Street.
