Wyoming authorities are seeking help finding a missing Lovell teenager.
Kourtnee Lee Roper, 17, was last seen driving a red Buick with a black front bumper and 9 county plates, according to the Big Horn County, Wyo., Sheriff's Office.
She has blue eyes and brown hair, stands 5 feet tall and 167 pounds.
Police said she is bipolar and currently driving in a manic state.
