BILLINGS — “Thank you for your service” was one of the repeated messages on a truck for a veteran that is making its way across the country.

The High Five Tour stopped at Laurel Ford on Sunday afternoon.

It's one of the projects for Wounded Warriors Family Support.

A donation gives citizens a chance to sign a message on the truck for U.S. Army veteran, Specialist Jack Gill.

The group is taking the specially equipped Ford pick-up truck around the country.

"Oh I think it's great,” said Craig Beckley, Wounded Warriors Family Support. “The outpouring of love we get from people when they see the truck and what we're doing is just really heartwarming. It really warms you soul. It touches your heart. We have people that come out. We tell them the story and what we're doing and you get tears in their eyes and stuff so it's rewarding."

The Wounded Warriors Family Support will present the truck to Specialist Gill on Veterans Day in New York City.
