BILLINGS — The Downtown Billings Association hosted area trick-or-treaters Thursday afternoon.

Over 60 businesses participated with treats, costumes and smiles for the kids and their families.

DBA Events Coordinator Lindsay Richardson says this is a great way for people to see what's happening downtown.

"I think that having everyone be able to walk inside the different businesses and see all the different locations that are participating, it kind of makes you more comfy downtown. You see all the law firms and the restaurants and the retail all participating," she said.

The event has become an annual celebration that offers a safe, daytime trick or treat option for hundreds of kids and families.
