The Billings Police Department tweeted early Saturday about a crash that occurred on Rimrock Road at 60th Street West.
The crash sent a 16-year-old girl to the hospital and police are asking for assistance in locating a fourth juvenile who fled the scene.
Rimrock Road has been closed between 54th and 62nd Street West as police investigate. Drivers are told to expect delays.
