BILLINGS — Update: The number of customers affected has risen to more than 3,000, according to NorthWestern Energy.
Outages have been reported all along 24th Street West.

More than 2,500 people are without power Tuesday night on Billings West End on 24th Street West from King Avenue West north to Grand Avenue.
NorthWestern Energy confirmed the outage and estimated repairs by 7:30 p.m.
