BILLINGS — A 75-year-old man was taken to the hospital following a two-vehicle crash in south Billings Monday night.

Billings police said in a tweet that the man was driving a Toyota Camry near the intersection of State Street and Sugar Avenue and failed to yield to a Chevy pickup. The call came at 6:11 p.m.

The man was trapped inside the vehicle and extricated by Billings firefighters before he was taken to the hospital.

State and Sugar were closed for about an hour until the scene was cleared.
