BROADUS — One man died in a one -vehicle crash in Powder River County on Friday night.
Montana Highway Patrol responded to a call around 5 p.m. of an incident near Broadus.
A 60-year-old Billings man driving a pickup truck and trailer was westbound on US-212. After passing a semi, the driver moved into the westbound lane, lost control of the pickup truck and trailer, and ran off the opposite side of the road into a ditch.
The driver died at the scene; the man's name has not yet been released.
MHP reports road conditions as clear and dry, and the driver was wearing his seatbelt.
