LOCKWOOD - Lockwood firefighters were battling a brush fire Tuesday afternoon that started south of Billings near mile marker 460 on Interstate 90.
The fire began west of the roadway along the eastbound lane. The blaze was pushing to the west towards the Emerald Hills of Lockwood.
Other Yellowstone County rural fire departments have been called in to help put out the blaze.
