BILLINGS — A fire started in a southside apartment complex at around 8 p.m. Saturday night.
The Battleship Apartments are located at the corner of 3rd Avenue South and South 32nd Street.
Firefighters had to cut a hole in the roof to battle the fire.
According to a press release from the fire department, the structure was heavily damaged by the fire and the roof collapsed across a large portion of the building.
BFD reported there were no injuries or fatalities.
The apartment complex was under construction, and the estimated property and content damage is $180,000.
