Dennis Osborne left his residence in a silver 2012 Honda CR-V with license plate MT 3-19673E. He was last seen in a blue shirt, blue jeans and navy blue shoes.
He has gray facial stubble and scars on the top of his head.
He is 5 feet 6 inches tall with an average build.
