The Billings Police Department announced Friday its "slick street" policy is in effect due to worsening driving conditions.
The policy means officers will only respond to accidents with injuries, drunken drivers, or incidents blocking traffic.
A Winter Weather Advisory is in place for the area through Saturday morning, with snowfall expected to reach between two to five inches.
