The man who died in a Thursday night crash on Neibauer Road west of Billings has been identified as 49-year-old Alan Serafin of Billings.

According to the Yellowstone County Coroner, Serfin died of multiple blunt force injuries.

Serafin was driving a Toyota Tacoma westbound on Neibauer Road Thursday night when it crossed the center line and went off the left side of the road.

According to the Montana Highway Patrol, the truck swerved back onto the road, over corrected, then went off the right side of the road.

The vehicle then rolled several times near the intersection of 44th Street West and landed in a ditch.

Serafin was transported to Billings Clinic where he was later pronounced dead.

No other occupants were in the vehicle.

Serafin was not wearing a seatbelt, and the cause of the crash is still under investigation.
