BILLINGS — The Al Bedoo Shriners of Billings hosted their annual Holiday Party Sunday at the Shrine Auditorium.

The annual party invites all the hospital patients that they service, all the kids, all the Shriners, and all their families. It's an opportunity to get everybody together and show what the Shrine does.

It is a day for all kids to feel special, for all kids to have fun, and something made this day extra special.

Brock Coyle attended this year. Coyle was a Griz Football player that went on to play in the NFL.

Brock created his own foundation which supports the Shrine Hospitals.

He brought toys for the kids, and signed autographs.

"The kids are great, and to see the smiles on their faces, just to give them a toy shake their hand, give them a signed picture is awesome," said Coyle.

"It's great that we have a Montana boy that is helping support this," said Shrine Potentate Tim Hert.

Giving back to his home state through his Mountains to Miracles fundraising page, Coyle supports the Shriners transportation fund, which ensures that every child has the chance to travel to wherever they need to receive treatment.

The Shriners hospitals treat orthopedics, cleft palates, burns, scoliosis, and a variety of other issues, regardless of their ability to pay.

And in addition to toys, Coyle gave the children one piece of advice.

"Dream big," he said.
