BILLINGS- A Utah-based call center firm is expanding its Billings operation, adding up to 60 new jobs by this fall, Big Sky Economic Development announced Wednesday.

ROI Solutions opened its Billings office at 550 S. 24th St. W. at the beginning of this year and currently has 40 employees. This summer, ROI hopes to expand to 60 workers, then potentially hit 100 in the fall, according to Big Sky.

When deciding where to expand, ROI looked for a market with a good workforce that was an easy move for a team leader in Utah, CEO Rob Schow said in a news release provided by Big Sky Economic Development.

ROI operates in the Petro-Lewis building, which has room to grow and add workers, the company said.

ROI provides customer support for brands including Men’s Warehouse, Visa and Briggs & Stratton. The company has 600 employees in Utah, 300 more workers in the Philippines and two smaller offices in Central America and Europe.
