WYOLA- The Crow tribe has issued a boil water advisory for residents in Wyola after a test came back positive for E.coli in a water pipe.

The tribe first discovered the contamination on Saturday from a routine sample taken Thursday, according to a post on the tribe’s Facebook page.

Residents should boil water and let it cool for at least three minutes before drinking, brushing teeth, bathing, making ice, washing dishes or preparing food.

Tribal officials said they are disinfecting wells and storage tanks and expect to have the problem fixed by next Tuesday.
