BILLINGS – The Billings Police Department located Liam Davenport, the boy who was kidnapped by his non-custodial mother on Thursday.
He was located unharmed with Candice Seward in the downtown area by officers, after receiving an anonymous tip.
No arrests have been made and the investigation is on-going.
