Montana man facing 10th DUI charge after Bitterroot arrest

A man is facing a 10th DUI charge after being pulled over in Hamilton.

According to court documents, 59-year-old David Triplett was pulled over on Saturday by a Hamilton police officer in the area of the Eagles Lodge.

Court documents state that Tripplett has previous DUI convictions in Montana in 2006, 2008 and 2009, convictions in Washington state in 1991, 2007, 2012, 2014 and 2015, and a conviction in Wyoming in 2009.

Triplett is being charged with felony DUI and driving with a suspended or revoked license. He is being held on $20,000 bond.
