Police are investigating a shooting near Central Park in Billings.
Billings Police Sgt. Bret Becker wrote in a tweet Monday evening that one man was taken to the hospital after the shooting on the 10 block of Florine Lane, across the street from the park.
Becker wrote the public is not in danger, but Florine Lane is blocked off and the area should be avoided.
It's the second shooting incident in two days in Billings. A man was shot late Sunday night on Billings South Sideand later died in the hospital.
