Foster was the suspect in the Saturday shooting death in Lewistown of David Byron Sessions.
Central Montana Dispatch received a 911 call at about 5:35 a.m. on Saturday requesting medical assistance for a gunshot wound on the 100 block of Crystal Drive in Lewistown. Officers found Sessions dead at the scene. Police said that foul play is suspected, and began searching for Foster, 47 years old. He was seen leaving the area in a 1995 green Toyota Tacoma flatbed with Montana Plate 8-31182A. Police at the time cautioned at the time that Foster may be armed and should be considered dangerous./p>
