Three people were arrested Wednesday in connection with the homicide of a 12-year-old boy in West Yellowstone earlier this month, according to the Gallatin County Sheriff's Office.

James Sasser Jr., 47, Patricia Batts, 48, and an unidentified boy are all facing deliberate homicide charges in the Feb. 3 death of James Alex Hurley, the Gallatin County Sheriff's Office wrote on its Facebook page.

The unidentified boy is Hurley's uncle, according to the sheriff's office.

Sasser is being held on a $500,000 bond, and Batts' bail is $750,000, according to the Gallatin County jail roster.

No other information on the case was available Wednesday night.
