BILLINGS - Yellowstone County Health Officer John Felton will hold a press conference at 2 p.m. Friday to discuss recent increases in COVID-19 cases in Yellowstone County senior care facilities.
He will also announce the issuing of a new Health Officer Order, according to a press release.
