The Wyoming Department of Health announced Tuesday that a Laramie County man had died from COVID-19, the 21st Wyoming resident to die as a result of the virus.
According to a Department of Health news release, the man had no apparent health conditions that would have put him at a higher risk of complications from the disease, reports SheridanMedia.com.
As of Wednesday, there were 13 individuals hospitalized in Wyoming due to the coronavirus, which is the highest number in the state since May 26.
As of Wednesday night, there were 1,404 laboratory confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the state, 336 probable cases and 21 confirmed deaths form the disease.
