Montana sees no change in confirmed COVID-19 cases

For the fourth consecutive day, Montana did not add a confirmed case of COVID-19, according to the Montana Response COVID-19 tracking map.

The total number of Montana cases according to state officials stands at 479 as of Sunday morning. MTN is reporting one fewer total cases and one fewer recovered cases due to a case in Jefferson County that local health authorities report involved a patient who was not in the state.

There are 22 active cases in the state, as 441 have recovered. Ravalli County has eight active cases, while Yellowstone County and Big Horn County each have five active cases. Silver Bow County, Cascade County, Broadwater County and Toole County all have one active case.

There have been 65 total hospitalizations in the state, three of which are active. The state conducted 301 tests in the 24-hour reporting period, pushing the state total to 33, 682.

There have been 16 deaths in the state to date.
