Bullock talks Montana's reopening in Billings interview

As Montana sees a spike in COVID-19 cases (100 in past two days), Gov. Steve Bullock is concerned about the rest of the summer and schools reopening in the fall.

Cases have been on the rise since Bullock's directive to place Montana in phase two of its reopening.
