Shortly before 9:30 a.m., the Yellowstone County Sheriff’s Office received reports of a woman who fell off a cliff at the Acton Recreation Area.
Deputies said a 47-year-old woman was unconscious after falling 15 to 20 feet from a cliff, then rolling.
