BILLINGS- Two Purple Heart honorees spoke at Rimrock Mall in Billings Tuesday night about wounded veterans and their recovery.
Casey Jourdan is a Montana-born Army National Guard veteran who was wounded by a roadside bomb in April 2004. She lives in Billings and earned an masters in rehabilitation and mental health counseling from Montana State University after her injury.
Master Sgt. Gordon L. Ewell, a Utah native, served 24 years in the Utah Army National Guard and is a permanently disabled American veteran. He has published three books and works to help veterans recover from their injuries.
A few dozen people attended the event.
