Q2 Weather: Sunny and warm start to the week

Posted

The week starts warmer and drier.

Under a high-pressure ridge, Monday will be sunny and warm with highs in the 80s. Humidity will be as low as we seen for some time.

A cold front will bring scattered showers and thunderstorms especially to areas north and west of Billings tonight. Otherwise, partly to mostly clear with temperatures in the 50s to low 60s early Tuesday.

There may be a few lingering showers early Tuesday morning as the front moves across the region. Otherwise, Tuesday will be a bit cooler with highs in the 70s to low 80s and mostly dry by the afternoon.

Wednesday looks like a warm comfortable day with sunshine. A shift to cooler and wetter conditions is expected by the weekend.

Billings forecast:

Monday… Sunny with a high near 87.

Monday night… Isolated showers overnight. Otherwise, mostly clear with a low of about 61.

Tuesday… Around 79 for the high and mostly sunny.
